When I was planning my birthday weekend in New York City, I was really torn on where to stay. I wanted to try some place new, but longed to go back to one of my favorites, The Chatwal, which I posted about here. Well I’m so glad I tried something new,–the St. Regis exceeded my expectations. The service is top notch and they offer such delightful touches to your stay, like butler service.
The Lobby is grand and rich in history, did you know the Bloody Mary was invented here?
I was upgraded to the Monroe Suite featuring a living room, two bathrooms, a small kitchen area, and bedroom. Upon arriving I was greeted by my lovely butler and presented with chocolate covered strawberries with a birthday message! How thoughtful! She also asked me if I wanted my suitcase unpacked, and offered complimentary ironing for two garments.
The St. Regis ensures attention to detail, with Remede products, and other tiny touches which make a difference.
You can call the butler from your bed –amazing!
My birthday outfit was of course, a party dress! However with this below 0 New York City weather, tights are a must! I love Wolford tights since they are warm, dense and are built to last for ever. I tried their new ‘Care Collection’ which includes tights to assist with cellulite, and moisturizing issues. I personally love the Velvet De Luxe 50 hold ups-chic and sexy!
